i heard thatnavaminsk sold their building to bobov 48th st. why does 48th st need another building now do they need the space or are they just making sure 45th st bobov dosn't get the building if the second reason is the true on then i think 48th st is doing abig mistake because they are digging a hole in their pocket beacause now if 45th st get another lot thats for sale and 48th st goes and grabs it again they will be digging a even bigger hol;e in their pocket an d 45th st will still have the money to go abuy another lot
