To all of you who are supporting Rabbi Neiderman

I was involved in a case that took place Bedford Gardens the story was already written in the paper what came out against Neiderman but I want to give you a more personal opinion as I was involved as it accrued.

In 1998 there was a family in the Bedford gardens who as all the people who live in that premises altered there kitchen the main reason they did it was to have 2 sinks as our Haluche at one day they received a letter from HPD that it was a hearing on their behalf and they lost, the family then hired an attorney and the courts had started, for the next 8 years there was up and downs, the family had won the court and Kraus Management went for an appeal and the * had send it back down to the lower court.

So then there was a judge who asked the question that family what he understands improved the house not downgraded it so he asked to come over to see the house, he came over and he said that its very nice and then the management had to show him how it looked before they took him to an apartment what was empty at the time because it was the only place with their original kitchen, then the judge ruled that he gives 10 days or so to cure what means put it back as it was.

The family hired a contractor and he contact Kraus for the plans and they never answered his request, as the time was up they went back to court and they asked for an eviction, the family who was in court asked the vice president of Kraus management with whom they will negotiate outside the court to solve this issue, the answer was ''WE WILL ONLY NEGOSHIATE WITH RABBI NEIDERMAN'' therefore the family turrend to Rabbi Neiderman for help but there was no answer.

In the end of 2006 Kraus had an eviction notice to evict the family from there house where they lived for the past 30 years and on December 15 marshals showed up two of the family members ran over to Rabbi Neiderman's office to asked for help and he said go out for now and we will help the most possible but a few days later rabbi Neiderman said I am sorry I can't ask from Kraus for help for you because they want to increase the rent in the for all the residents so I can't help you on their terms that all residents will suffer so the family understood as the saying goes '' you have to lose a battle to win a war''

But a few months later everybody knew already what was UJO stand regarding the rent increase, their rep said that most of the people who live in Bedford gardens have Section 8 so they will not be affected by the increase and the rest of it could afford.

So there you have in cut up for you for the family he said he can't help because the increase and by the increase he said it will not affect so is that the meaning of a Asken then what means not an Asken.

Now, some people were saying that the reason rabbi Neiderman acted that way not because he didn't want to help he wanted to help but never want s to push buttons unless he benefits. that's not an Asken that's an employee.

On the other hand there is Rabbi Glanz who is trying to help anybody at anytime without any conditions
So you tell me who is an Asken and who is an Employee.
