I'm a person who frequently uses the local car services. To say that most of the time my experiences have been less than pleasant is an understatement. Many times I’ve requested to have a car and was assured it would be there ”Right away”-only to have the car show up twenty minutes later. And when it finally arrived I was often appalled by the drivers clothing, blaring radio and the strong air freshener smell. A lack of courtesy also made it hard to enjoy my ride.
A few weeks ago I noticed a bold advertisement. Go Car. Desperate for a change, I decided to try my luck and called the number of the new car service 78-387-7777. Within two minutes a car showed up, exactly the time the operator had assured me it would take for it to arrive. The driver wore an orange t-shirt with a Go Car logo. The driver was well-trained; extremely respectful and courteous as he loaded my carriage into the trunk. Inside the care I noted that the car was impeccably clean, scent-free and to my delight, soft heimishe music was playing. The drivers confident and careful driving put me instantly at ease.
Later on, I realized I had left my bag in the car. I called the base and they were very helpful in locating the bag. I hurried over to the base. Inside I took my package and glanced around. With the state-of –the art technology and sophisticated GPS devices I could see how they managed to give accurate time frames for costumers .I was impressed to see The boss, a heimishe man was on the phone, calling a concerned mother and assuring her that one of his drivers had safely dropped off the boy in yeshiva after a family emergency. The professionalism and sensitivity was evident. To say I was impressed is truly an understatement.
Without a doubt- Go Car-they truly go all the way!
