New Law to Affect Canadian Jewry

The Provincial Legislature in Quebec along with other provinces in Canada introduced to Parliment a new Law today which may affect all of Quebec's Jewry and the privacy of the population as a whole.
The new law would automatically add your name to the "organ Donor" list, so if a doctor pronounces you brain dead he will be obligated to notify the government, and the organs will be cut out and preserved for future use.
In order to get yourself off the list, you will have to go through a whole hassle of obtaining a new drivers license, birth certificate, plus a speacial ID card specifying that you don't want to participate in the program.
The proposition clearly states that should someone fail to get themselves off the list the legal way, then even a legal Will can not stop the doctor from perfoming this procedure
The Law is called negative option donor list.
