הנתונים והעובדות:
80 שוטרים, כוחות יס"ם, מג"ב, כוחות מיוחדים ללוחמה בטרור, התנפלו על הביהכנ"ס, במקום היה מאות איש באמצע התפילה.
התוצאה, רוב השולחנות ספסלים שבורים, ספרי קודש על הריצפה, הפורכת נקרע בגסות ובזדון.
כל החלונות שבורים,הדלתות נעקרו ממקומם.
8 אנשים נעצרו, 17 אנשים נפצעו, שנים במצב קשה.

Knesset C'tee Discussing Last Month's Police Brutality at Satmar Yeshiva

(IsraelNN.com) The Knesset Interior Committee is discussing today the violence employed by the Yassam (riot police) against worshippers in a Jerusalem study hall belonging to the Satmar hassidic sect a month and a half ago.
A video recorded on the scene shows the Yassam officers violently attacking a number of people.
Police claim the Hassidim planned on kidnapping an officer, and that was the reason for the extreme violence employed.

חרדים ממשיכים להפיץ את תמונות "הפוגרום" מחילול הקברים, וכן תמונות מהמעצרים הברוטלים שנעשו לטענתם, בבית המדרש של סאטמאר בירושלים. גם ברשת האינטרנט הפיצו צילומי וידאו שתיעדו את שלבי הפריצה והמעצרים בתוך בית המדרש.
עיתון משפחה מדווח בהרחבה על העימות הקשה בין חסידי סאטמר לבין שוטרי משטרת ירושלים, כשאלו האחרונים פרצו לבית המדרש של סאטמר. בצילומי וידאו שתיעדו את המתרחש נראו השוטרים כשהם מכים את החסידים. ר' יצחק וייס חסיד סאטמר אמר לעתון כי הם אינם מתכוונים להגיש תביעה על ההרס, שלטענתו זרעו השוטרים בבית המדרש של סאטמר, כי "איננו לוקחים כסף ממדינת ישראל".
עם זאת, העתון מציין כי בסאטמר הוחלט להגיש קובלנות פרטיות נגד שוטרים החשודים באלימות נגד החסידים למחלקה לחקירות שוטרים שבמשרד המשפטים. לשם כך הם מתכוננים להיעזר ביו"ר ארגון זכויות האדם ביש"ע, אורית סטרוק, תושבת הישוב היהודי בחברון ובעמותת 'חננו' "המטפלת בעצורים.
ZAKA Questions Police Behavior in Satmar Yeshiva Clash

(IsraelNN.com) The ZAKA search-and-rescue first-response organization sent a letter to Jerusalem police chief Ilan Franco demanding an explanation as to why, according to ZAKA, paramedics and ambulances of the organization were kept away from the scene of a violent confrontation between civilians and police in a Satmar yeshiva in the capital last month.
According to reports of ZAKA volunteers on the Haredi website ladaat.net, the police prevented the first-response teams from approaching the yeshiva, claiming there were no injured people there. However, the ZAKA volunteers reported hearing calls for medical assistance, and later, wounded Chassidim were brought out on makeshift gurneys to the ZAKA ambulance parked at a distance.
On April 27th, following road-blocking protests against construction of Highway 6, which opponents claim is causing a desecration of ancient graves, police assigned to arrest some Satmar Chassidim who threw blocks and metal objects burst through a Satmar yeshiva in order to extricate a policeman who was trapped in the building. Eyewitnesses and film from the yeshiva showed police overturning tables in the synagogue and kicking and beating several people even after the policeman had been extracted.

6 arrested in clashes with ultra-Orthodox in Jerusalem

Six people were arrested last night as hundreds of ultra-Orthodox Jews in Jerusalem threw stones and other objects at police during a protest against construction work on the Trans-Israel Highway.
Protesters fear damage could be caused to graves during the construction of a northern part of Highway 6.
Three police officers were injured during the clashes.
On Tuesday night, five officers were wounded in clashes. One of them was in moderate condition, and the rest sustained light injuries. Nine of the rioters were arrested.
Some of the protesters said they had caught police brutality toward them on tape.
Protesters demonstrated Tuesday in front of the Transportation Ministry's offices in Jerusalem, and later moved to the Mea She'arim neighborhood, where they burned trash cans and blocked traffic to a city square and nearby streets. Police arrested five of the rioters and reopened the roads.
But later, when the police tried to arrest a man suspected of setting fire to trash cans near a Satmar yeshiva, hundreds of ultra-Orthodox rioters began to throw rocks, bricks, metal rods and benches at the officers, in efforts to free the suspect. Three more suspects were arrested during the incident.
Similar protests against the extension of Route 6, the private toll road that runs north south through the center of the country, have been breaking out almost weekly in the same neighborhood in Jerusalem for some months. The controversial section is planned to run near Kibbutz Regavim, north of Hadera, which, according to ultra-Orthodox groups, contains dozens of burial caves, identified as those of Jews from second temple period.
On Monday night, 15 ultra-Orthodox protesters were arrested for rioting and causing damage to the home the highway's chief engineer in Ganei Tikva, south of Petah Tikva. Around 20 people attended the protest.
Around a week ago, leaflets were found stuck to the engineer's door, threatening to hurt him should the road be constructed along the planned route. Similar messages were also taped to cars on his street.
