Problem:
There's a Police Officer in the 66 Pct in Boro Park by the name of Mascarini (We don't know his first name but it's easy to find out). He drives around Boro Park and around Boro Park all day pulling over as many
as 15 cars an hour. He pulls over for Not wearing Seat Belts and using cellphones without the head set. In other words he hates us.

We were told that some big guy in Boro Park tried to do something about this issue and Mascarini's captain had given him orders to not write tickets in Boro Park. So what he does lately, he writes the ticket and his partner signs it.

Probable Solution:
If and when he pulls you over (Remember his name: Mascarini), tell him that he pulled you over for nothing and that you don't want to give him your license, you want his captain to come down. Keep the doors locked as he may become wild. According to law you are allowed to ask for his captain. Hopefully this will make them kick him out of this
neighborhood for good...
