Square Bookstore Eviction Contested

NEW SQUARE -- A village resident is suing the Rockland Sheriff's Department contending that his religious bookstore at Eisenhower Ave. was improperly evicted as part of a controversial foreclosure, because he was never given written notice of the June 8 eviction as required by law, and was not named in the court-ordered eviction.
