Two very critical patiants. I was at the scene and watched the flight crew intubating a 30 year old.
He also had his leg rotated (angulated and broken) with severe head trauma, specially near his eye. he was combative (sign of serius head injusry). hatzaloh medics cannot do much to this, but stat flight has a RN who gave drugs, knocked him out and intubated.
the second was a 50 year old woman. she was unresponsive and was intubated by hatzolah medics. It looked to me she had a broken left hand. also an open chest wound. the medics twice inserted a needle to decompress her chest. she also has head injuries.
the other car was a small car, which spun around on impact.

Two injured in motorcycle crash
Two people suffered severe head injuries when their motorcycle crashed into a car this afternoon on Route 17B near Blanche's Diner.
The two people, who have not been identified, were flown out by helicopter to be treated.
