that beisdin told aal after rabbi kaplan came to then to tell them what 48th st is doing to 45th st regarding the bais yakov,that the bais hamedrash on 48th st does not belong to any one its only by r bentzion because they are actualy there but if they (45th st) wont have were to daven they could divide the bais hamedrash in two half for 45th and half for 48th?
can anyone confirm this rumor? c
