How Does Your Cell Provider Rate?

With the intense competition among wireless providers today, you would think that customer satisfaction would be improving. Alas, that's not the case. According to a recent Consumer Reports survey, many cell phone users are still very, very dissatisfied.

So which company makes its customers the happiest? Once again, Verizon takes the honors. It was tops in all markets, except in Chicago where it was edged out by U.S. Cellular.

New York:
1. Verizon
2. Sprint PCS
3. Cingular
4. T-Mobile

Philadelphia:
1. Verizon
2. T-Mobile
3. Sprint PCS
4. Cingular
5. Nextel

San Francisco:
1. Verizon
2. T-Mobile
3. Sprint PCS
4. Cingular
