אין ליכט פון די שאקירנדע אנטדעקונג אז די כאמאס האט געווינען א רוב אינעם פאלעסטינער פארלאמענט, און די אלטע רעגירונג האט זיך אפגעזאגט, וואס קען מען ערווארטן אינעם מיטל מזרח, בפרט אז שרון איז אויפן קראנקן בעט, און זיין נאכפאלגער איז א בלויזער פופעט פון פארשידענע אינטערעסן?

מיין מיינונג איז, אז די כאמאס האט נאר געווינען אדאנק די קארופציע וואס האט געהערשט ביי אראפאט, און די מינוט וואס דער העלד אראפאט איז שוין נישט געווען וואלט סיי ווער געקענט געווינען אקעגן די קארופטירטע פאטאח, אפילו שרון...

דעריבער האלט איך אז עס וועט נישט האבן קיין ווייטגרייכענדע אפעקטן, אדער גייט כאמאס טוישן זייער פאליטישע ליניע, וואס דאן וועט במילא אפירקומען א שארפע אפאזיציע פון די מיליטאנטן, געשטיצט דורך איראן און די כיזבאלא, וואס וועט אבער בלייבן אין די אפאזיציע. אדער וועט כאמאס בלייבן מיליטאנטיש, און דער דרוק פון די גאנצע וועלט, ווי אויך דאס עמטליכע פארשפארן די גרעניצן פון מדינת ישראל פאר די טויזנטער פאלעסטינער ארבעטער, וואס באדייט אזלה פרוטה מן הכיס, וועט עווענטועל זייער שנעל אומווארפן די כאמאס רעגירונג צו די נייע פנימ'ער וואס גייען יעצט אריינקומען אין פאטאך.

לדעתי די איינציגע ערנסטע אויסווירקונג וואס קען פאסירן איז, אז די מדינת ישראל זאל ווערן אזוי אנגעצויגן, אז דער שאק וועט אין די קומענדיגע צוויי חדשים ארויפברענגען צוריק ליכוד אויף די מאפע, מיט נתניהו אין שפיץ, אבער עס מיינט אויך נישט קיין ווייטגרייכנדע אפעקטן, סוף כל סוף איז יעדער מדינת ישראל פרעמיער מיניסטער נישט מער ווי א פופעט פאר די אמעריקאנער רעגירונג. צי ער ווייזט עס אפן ארויס צי נישט.

Israel won't talk to government including Hamas

JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Interim Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said on Thursday that the Jewish state would not negotiate with a Palestinian government that includes Hamas, set to form the new cabinet after winning a legislative election. "Israel will not conduct any negotiation with a Palestinian government, if it includes any (members of) an armed terror organization that calls for Israel's destruction," Olmert's office said in a statement.

Abbas also suggested that future negotiations with Israel would be conducted through the Palestine Liberation Organization, a possible bypass of a Hamas-led government. "I am committed to implementing program on which you elected me a year ago," he said in a televised speech. "It is a program based on negotiations and peaceful settlement with Israel." The PLO was founded as the umbrella group of Palestinian organizations several decades ago, but its importance has withered since the establishment of the Palestinian Authority in 1994. Abbas is leader of the PLO, in addition to his role as Palestinian Authority president. "We are going to reactivate the role of the PLO," Abbas said. He did not specifically refer to Hamas' sweeping election victory, confirmed in near-complete election results Thursday, but said he remained committed to previous peace deals with Israel and the U.S.- backed "road map" peace plan, which calls for the creation of a Palestinian state.
