This whole kosher phone is a hoax. A guy by the name of S R decided to take the rabonim for a ride. These phones are the most out dated phones, no Bluetooth, no Caller ID on the out side, AND YES IT HAS TEXT MESSAGES.
I would like to know who pocketed all the commission that was paid for these activations.

The Entire system is a hoax to begin with. These phones DO accept messages. (as proven by some Rabbonim).
Congress has passed a law that when you sign up for mobile service the phone number is rightfully yours and you control it. Which means that you can either switch to another cell phone and mobile service provider who will gladly open your phone to the internet. Even if you call sprint they will also open the phone as requested. These RIPOFF ARTISTS are simply dragging us in to a typical phone scam. They also managed to coax some rich people to give them money for their underground schemes. Be Advised that these phones are Illegal to resel as they are not authorized sprint resellers and sprint may some day pull the plug on the entire 648 exchange. These con artists tell you to buy their phone and cancel service on your old phone wihich will cost you a cancelation fee (yeah they promise to pay it for you,,,,,, my foot). Most Rabbonim when asked will tell you to hold off and wait until things are clarified.
