We sent a routine notification to hisforwarding address but got no reply.
A month after, we sent a reminder and finally we discovered from
his contract employers,the Petroleum Corporation that
Mr.Charles Ball died in the plane crash On October 31, 1999,
(an  Egyptair Boeing 767 Flight 990)with other passengers on board.

  Upon this discovery, I seek your permission to have you stand
as next of kin to the deceased so that the funds Five million,
Five hundred thousand Euros) can be released and paid into your
account as the next of kin otherwise the fund will be returned to
the treasury as unclaimed funds which will subsequently be
reverted to the ownership of the Senegal government and will be
donated to the trust fund for arms and ammunition to further
enhance the course of war in the World.
Consequently, my proposal is that I will like you as a foreigner
to stand as the next of kin to Mr. Charles Ball so that the fruit
of this man's labour will not get into the hands of some corrupt
Government officials.  Please acknowledge receipt of this message
in acceptance of our mutual business endeavour by furnishing me
with the following;

2. Your complete mailing address
3. Your private Telephone and fax numbers
4. Your private email address

The paperwork for this transaction will be done by the attorney
and my position as the branch manager guarantees the successful
execution of this transaction.Upon your response, I shall provide
you with more details and relevant documents that will help you
understand the transaction.

able to reach you as supposed. I managed to come out
to check with the doctors computer to see if you have
responded to my mail.


I want to assure you that what I am saying is the
utmost truth and nothing but the truth. If not for the
fact that I am ill right now, I would have loved to
give you some numbers but nevertheless, I will send to
you the Agreement I entered into with the Freight
Company that helped in moving the funds through
Diplomatica means to London and also a copy of the
Way bill given to me.

will be dealing with them while I go to rest.

Dear Friend,


As you read this, I don't want you to feel sorry for me because, I believe
everyone will die someday.
My name is Fidel Fernando, a merchant in Dubai, in the U.A.E.I and have been
diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer which was discovered very late, due to my
laxity in carrying for my health.It has defiled all forms of medicine, and right
now  I have only about a few months to live, according to medical experts.

I have not particularly lived my life so well, as I never really cared for
anyone not even myself but my business. Though I am very rich, I was never
generous, I was always  hostile  to  people and only focus on my business as
that was the only thing I cared for. But now I regret all this as I now know
that there is more to life than just wanting to have or make all the money in
the world.
I believe when God gives me a second chance to come to this world I would live
my life a different way from how I have lived it.
Now that God ! has called me, I have willed and given most of my propertiesand
assets to my immediate and extended family members and as well as a few close
friends. I want God to be merciful to me and accept my soul and so, I have
decided to give arms to charity organizations and give succour and confort to
the less priviledged in our societies, as I want this to be one of the last good
deeds I do on earth.
So far, I have distributed money to some charity organizations in the  U.A.E,
Algeria and Malaysia. Now that my health has deteriorated  so badly, I cannot do
this my self anymore. I once asked members of my family to close one of my
accounts and distribute the money which I have there to charity organization and
to the less priviledged in Bulgaria and Pakistan, they refused and kept the
money to themselves . Hence, I do not trust them anymore, as they seem not to be
contended with what I have left for them.
The last of my money which no one knows of is the hugecash depositof $24,000,
000(twenty four million dollars) that Ihave with a Security Company in Europe
for safekeeping. I will want you to help me collect this deposit and disburse it
to some charity organizations and to the less priviledged.
