Please announce this Kashrus Alert to the Monsey community:
There is a restaurant in Monsey, called Kyo Japanese Restaurant, on 419 Route 59, Monsey, owned by a Japanese family (non-Jewish), under the supervision of Rabbi Shloime Gisinger of Lakewood.
As of the information we got, and after an investigation, it was found that on a steady basis all kind of "Treife" Sushi fish, and other fish, some ingredients, and who knows what more!!!! come into the store by owner and is sold as kosher r"l, exactly the way Moshe Finkel used to do with the meat and chicken. Monsey community please wake up!!!!!
Also The question is why should someone give a Hechsher on a store which is under the ownership of a goy in a city where there is enough Jewish owned restaurants? And why should a Yid even go into a restaurant like this?! ומצוה לפרסם
