Here is the  reading of  the courts TRO from today/Tuesday
We only got 80% what we where asking.
Remember a TRO is not something you can Quick when the other side is there to argue.
Our request
A TRO that all our members that have certificates to be allowed to buried and also that we should not be stopped from putting up Matzive   or any one  to remove it.
The TRO was modified and limited.
She only ordered that all members of Cong. Yetev lev "no matter which Office of Yetev Lev"  that will show a certificate dated before  4/06 must be honerd and can't be stopped from being buried.
(Not as they are trying to sell to the kids that only the 9 Plaintiffs are included in the TRO because she took out the word All Similar she took it out because not all only the ones who has them dated before 04/06  but they know that are wrong its all with Cert. Dated before that day)
 TRO to stop you from fighting us when we are putting up a matzivah and for members that there certificate is from a date after 04/06 we didn't get.
So we have to deal with this the way it is but she didn't stop us as well from Burring any one from our side that have cert. With lather dates nor  to stop us from putting up a matzivah or selling plots.
We should be back by Jan. 30 2009 and see what will continue.
