The pledge followed a series of Post reports detailing how clueless board members at a Lopez charity let the assemblyman's campaign treasurer and his longtime girlfriend collect a combined salary of nearly $1 million a year. "Those allocations and those monies have to be questioned," said Donovan, who promised to put the probe on the front burner should he succeed Andrew Cuomo. Donovan's rival, state Sen. Eric Schneiderman (D-Manhattan), said he was unfamiliar with the revelations about the Lopez-tied Ridgewood Bushwick Senior Citizens Council and declined to say whether he'd probe Lopez, a legislative colleague.
