RUBASHKIN (AGRI-MEATS) IOWA:
There are many people who still believe that the fact that
the KAJ (Breuer Kehila) gives a hashgocha in the plant
means at least "their" meat is acceptable even though the
rest may not be. The main problem at the Rubashkin plant
is the Dayan of KAJ (Breuer kehila). He has caused the
serious kashrus problems in the plant.
We are sure they made a heter for the plant to be working
on Shabbos & Yom-Tov. It is also a very convenient set up
in a company that there is no control on the kosher labels.
Lubavitch claims that even though others may not control
their kosher labels, they do have a control on theirs.
We are not aware of any significant changes that would
render the meat products from there to be acceptable to the
discriminating kosher consumer. Their products under any
label still remain as not recommended.
The KAJ Kashrus used to be a very reliable Hashgocha.
Times have changed since the present Dayan took over &
got tenure. We pray and hope that the KAJ Kehila will open
their eyes and put in the right people that will return the
glory to the Kehila. The Kosher consumer is very sensitive
to high kashrus standards.

there is alot to comment as everybody that is familiar with all the issues know! but then again alot of the so called "facts" are not so factly.
on an old subject first:
ichud of kj got the chicken the first year from "meal mart" that was when vineland & g&g (which is grinbaum- a known zali) boycotted them and didn't want to sell them and the year after the year round customers complained to their supplier that how come they willingly sell chicken to ichud ? when ichud undercuts their prices right next door (cohn-flushing) and they complained and bitterly and upped their orders by the other companies
and btw the canadian chicken that saved them came from a company that is closely afiliated with "meal mart" ...
eckstein writes that the kj org. doesnt know how to fundraise! i am not gonna say that they don't know how

i am just on of the hundreds of thousands of heimishe yiden that have come in contact and been helpedby & with these "teire yiden" and still remembers to be thankful
and about the other "golshim" and anas"h that are happy because the monopoly is being broken
i would like them to realize there never was a monopoly heimishe yiden medakdikim will still not buy or trust rubashkin the couple of dollars or cents will not let their conscience forget where they came from,and how big of an issue "shechita" was to our rebbes and grandfather and how important it is ispecially in these days of no uncertainty where our "doires" would end up and how much lower we would stoop .
and where the BUCK stops is entirely up to each & every individual
