Builders Bank Provides Loan For Clinton Hill Condos
Builders Bank of New York provided a $4.575 million construction and development loan for a condominium project in Clinton Hill.
The new six-story building, at 609-613 Myrtle Ave., will have 18 condo units with street-level. The units will consist of four one-bedroom/one bath units, 13 two-bedroom/two bath units, and one two-bedroom/three bath duplex, ranging in size from 738 square feet to 1,298 square feet.
The first floor space will contain 3,915 square feet for retail stores and 915 square feet for a community service facility.
''The borrower, a Manhattan developer, is experienced in residential, institutional and commercial construction and has a strong background in the design of high-end interior renovation projects, residential development and custom-built homes,'' said Ronald Bryant, senior vice president. Bryant and Raveen Seaton, vice president and credit manager, arranged the financing.. ''The borrower also has a strong structural and foundation background which enables him to complete complex construction and renovation projects.''
During the last 24 months, Builders Bank has provided more than $100 million in financing for projects in New York City, including Brooklyn
