The following are the details of the next lecture and meeting of academic singles ages 20-45.
Date and time:
Thursday Dec. 16, 8 pm.
Lecture topic:
Art Levitt will be speaking about the background to the Torah Codes controversy. Art Levitt, is a leading Torah Codes researcher. The lecture will include excerpts from the History Channel documentary. How the controversy evolved and what the main issues are and how some new codes found in the past several weeks have strengthed the pro-codes argument even further.
Aim:
The aim of this group is to enable Jewish academic singles to meet members of the opposite gender in a low pressure yet stimulating environment. Academic is
really a misnomer as the group aims to attract anyone
who enjoys intellectual stimulation regardless of
their scholastic background. (Any suggestions for an
alternative name that does not sound arrogant or
condescending will be duly considered.) Every 2
weeks a different member will give a lecture on the
subject of their speciality. At the end of the lecture
there will be a question and answer session as well as
an opportunity to socialise.
Ages:
20-45.
Dress code:
None, so long as you are confident that nobody else
will be discomfited by your attire.

The Yad Sarah complex on Rechov Hanevi'im.
Directions:
The directions are simple though they do sound
complex.
1. Coming down from King George cross over Rechov Yafo
and up Rechov Strauss.
2. Continue up Rechov Strauss until you come to the
traffic light. Do NOT cross the street.
3. Take a right walk for about 30 seconds or 50 yards,
until you notice on your right a large lot with a
converted railway carriage.
4. Enter this empty lot. You are now about 20 yards
from the building.
5. Take the stairs opposite the railway carriage and
follow them down through a doorway and around.
6. You should now see a small building with lights on.
This is where the meeting is held.
