Animated Talmud is an exciting new computer program that teaches Talmud through animations. This new learning tool makes the secret wisdom of the Talmud more accessible than ever before.
Why start with Chapter Ailu Metziot?
This Chapter of the Talmud is the first one taught in 4th and 5th grades today. It is the chapter which gives children the basic learning skills they need in order to continue and excel in their future Talmud study. This chapter contains twenty-six pages. For each page, there will be a 100 minutes of animation, not including reviewing through games, questions and answers, which brings the total to over 60 hours viewing time.
Why is this the learning tool of the future?
What used to take days to study, now takes mere minutes to learn. The animations demonstrate the Talmud's cases easily and clearly, using the technology of today.
When will Animated Talmud be ready?
Originally intended to become available to the public in September 2005, the production of Animated Talmud has been delayed until further funding can be found. A team of experts in programming, animation, design, and of course, the study of Talmud, are on standby, waiting to make this program a success.
