Baal Gaveh!

Don't email or write to the Mayor regarding Mezizah Bepeh, because this problem was taken care by the Mayor's administration.

I was involved in this before the press picked up on this subject. I spoke to a couple of Hiemeshe Mohalim they are all happy with the outcome.

Rabbi Chaim Dovid Zweibel, from Agudath Israel, and Councilman Simcha Felder were working on this day & night and B"H solved the problem, so why bring up this issue again?

If there is a Mohel that is having problems regarding Mezizah Bepeh tell him to contact the Councilman's office and I'm sure the Councilman himself will deal with it.

so why is the newspapers full with ads about the demonstration that will be held on tisah baov a day before the gezaira goes out ?

You are wrong.

1) When you write to the Mayor his people reading the emails decide if it should go to the Mayor or send it direct to the person in charge. You could be sure that if 100 people will write about the same issue the Mayor will be notified that there is a concern in the community.

2) Why cause a Chillul Hashem by sending email's to the Mayors staff and have the newspapers pickup on the issue again.

3) You could be sure that if you call/write to Councilman Simcha Felder about this he will be more effective in getting this resolved (if it has not been resolved yet). He speaks to Mayor direct and to the Health Commissioner direct about this issue.
