on the previous album i think they didn't like GELT (well it's hard to believe because they LOVE GELT) but on this album? what is the soing they don't apreciate? you think it's the dance tracks? you think they prefere the good old fashioned styles as apposed to latest dance and trance?
I often wonder? you know for giving a Hechsher on some foods they would send a mashgiach to check through all the ingredients, who checks through the albums they give an issur on? You think if i walk in to ine of there houses at night the dayonim are standiong with a cd player (I'm sure they don't have iPods - due to shalos in gezeile) and shaking there heads to the rhythmatic beaty tune of Lipa? or do they just listen to gossip and loshon hora's that people tell them abou keneina hora? or doi you think that an issur comes depending how bad the arrangements are?

I've been listening and i think it's the the jazz and the latin (gal gal) that definetly caused the issur
Lipa actually told someone about 3 years ago that when he releases a tape HE put an issur in the papers to drive sales. so rabboisei IT'S A FAKE

YingerMan.... i totally agree with you. i think this tape is very wierd. You get interesting wierd and that is different, you get weird weird and thats weird. The song Rabotei Nevarch has got a little tune to it nothing major but i can see lipa singing it at weddings just before bentchim. (Ron tichon did a good job). but the song chalom cholumty???? its not even a tune for crying out loud you know my kid sings like that in the bath - and no i'm not gonna let him produce such an album. There are many technical problems within the composition structure. OK i't different, it's weird, it's Lipa but you are right.... alittle kid will seek attention and get it by pouring a bottle of ketchup in his hair - is that something you would do
I say if any other singer would give out an album like this one eg Dacks, williger, mendi jerufi, the chevra or you name it.... they would be lucky to sell 200 cds
Becoz it's Lipo people expect something differentand it's like the emperors new clothes.... no one says any thing becauze they think maybe it's THEM they dont understand.
I'm not in any way saying that it's a bad album.... I just think there are limited amount of good songs on this album and L'tova and Baderech were much better.
Sheli Sheloch (dance dance) is not a bad song, Hashivienu, Asoro Harugei Malchut, gal gal,Not in
Shabbos,Keneine hora and raboisei are all half decent tunes At least there is some composition,
In my opinion......... don't take anyones word for it
