Male jumped in to the East River at Kent Avenue and Division Avenue, holding on to a pier he is half in the water, NYPD of the 90th Pct and Hatzolah are on the scene requesting Harbor, FD and ESU on a rush.

after listening the tape of this event transpiring, i cant help but say to my self:
