Ramapo Yeshiva To Shut Down Preschool

 

The state has issued a cease and desist order for a preschool program operating out a trailer at a yeshiva construction site on Grandview Avenue.
The letter was sent to Mosdos Chofetz Chaim following an investigation by the state's Office of Children and Family Services. The agency was conducting an investigation to see whether the preschool program was operating without a child-care license or registration, required by state law.
