Route 17 construction hot spots next week

Attention motorists! Here are the construction hot spots on Route 17 you'll want to avoid next week.
County Route 105 Bridge Replacement, between exit 131 (Harriman) and 130 (Route 208, Monroe): No scheduled lane closures this week.

Exit 126 Bridge Replacement, just east of Exit 126 (Chester): Monday through Thursday: westbound right lane closed 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday: No lane closures.

Route 17 Median Barrier Project - Harriman to Middletown
Grading operations: Monday-Thursday between Exits 127 and 128: westbound left lane closed 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; eastbound left shoulder closed 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Friday near Exit 127 in Chester: westbound left lane closed 6 a.m. to noon; eastbound left shoulder closed 9 a.m. to noon

Guide Rail Installation
Monday: westbound left lane closed 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m; eastbound left shoulder closed 9 a.m. to noon (as needed) Tuesday: westbound left lane closed 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m; eastbound left lane closed 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Wednesday and Thursday: westbound left lane closed 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m; eastbound left shoulder closed 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (as needed)

Wallkill River Bridge Replacement - (Middletown) just west of exit 122: No scheduled lane closures this week.

Brown Road Bridge Replacement - Exit 118
Monday and Tuesday: Expect several brief closures of all eastbound and westbound lanes, with detours (State Police on hand) as bridge beams are moved into place. Friday: westbound left lane closed 9 a.m. - noon
