("HPD") gave qualified, community-based not-for-profit organizations
to provide Neighborhood Preservation Consultant Services.
to provide early intervention and anti-abandonment services to privately owned
buildings throughout the City. The Consultants will work with HPD
to recommend, develop and implement remedial strategies for distressed
buildings.
