The "Times Herald Record" gives a totally different version then VIN, according to them there were no fighting no physical altercation, nothing, none, nada,
here is a quote from the record:
"They [the Zalmens] carried letters authorizing the two headstones when they arrived at the cemetery Thursday. They [the Zalmens] also had a helicopter flying above the graveyard to document any violence or intimidation, which didn't occur."
What I heard is that the Zalmens orchestrated a planned sudden attack on the cemetary in the wee hours, they came armed with a whole gang from Brooklyn, with lawyers, legal documents, cameras, and a chopper, hoping for some mayhem and violence and use it as a pre-text for a court battle, but never materialized,
the neighbors were woken up by the chopper and saw the break-in and called in the law-informant...the police sent them packing and that's the end of it.
I'm not sure from where VIN get's this info that there were physical fighting.
