מצ"ב מכתב שכתב לי ויקטור שונפלד היינן של רמה"ג לגבי ישון יין (גם מתוק כדוגמת ההייטסויין
Hi Gonen,
Thank you for your email. All wines should be stored at around 14-16 degrees. It is important that the temperature is fairly constant. If you spend much money on wine (and just from this last purchase, you spent a few hundred shekels), it really makes sense to buy a wine refrigerator. These vary a lot in price, depending on size and manufacturer. But you can purchase a fairly simple small one (even at Ikea) for less than 1,000 shekels.
The serving temperature will vary. The Tel Phares should be served at cool room temperature around 20 degrees. The HeightsWine should be served quite cold, at around 7degrees.
I hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Victor
