I saw the ad this week in the Hamodia that the police will ticket all trucks with bucharim and take away the trucks like last year.
Anyone knows whats going on?

They advertised it already last year, but I don't know if they actually did ticket anybody last year. I do remember, however, thee being much less trucks around last year in BP.

The latest it could be is nin zein, and he actually didn't look much worse then, he looked more or less the same all the time.

Knacker, I saw him in 5753 and he loked much worse then. He could not hold up straight, rachmono litzlan, and in general did not look as good as in the picture

I now see your mistake. Sadly he looked much better in the last two years of his life when he was basically disabled.
The picture you see here was definitley nin vuv, I was there myself. If you need proof that it was then, you will be aware that only in the last 2 years did they bring the Rebbe out into the Beis Hamedrash, in that special section that could be closed off. Otherwise he would have been sitting at the head of a tish. He was only brought out for about 10 minutes.
Before he fell down and got a blood clot in the brain, or wjatever exactly happened, he had parkinsons as well as some other trhings, and he couldn't walk withoput help, and shook very badly, and his head was on the side. The operation to fix this was considered too dangerous, but when they had to operate anyway to fix the intercranial bleeding, they fixed some of his other problems too,which is why he looked much better.
